• How can I place my order?
  One of our Customer Care Representatives will contact you for order confirmation. You can add the desired products to the cart on our website, contact us on Facebook, or drop us a message over WhatsApp. We need your Name, Phone #, Email and Delivery Address to complete your order.

• How can I pay for my order?
  You can pay through COD (Cash on Delivery) and we also have an option for a bank deposit on the website.
  In case of bank deposit, please send us the email on paid@smmfragrances.com.pk along with paid picture of bank deposit slip.

• Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
  If your order has not already been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible on WhatsApp  and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

• Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
  Yes, if your order has not been dispatched.

• How can I sample a new fragrance before purchasing online?
  All our orders come with 1 complimentary Tester of your choice. This presents the perfect opportunity for you to try a new fragrance online.

• Can I get a discount?
  Discount is not applicable on your first order. You will receive the discount code/voucher/coupon after placing your first order which you can use in your next orders.

• How can I return or get a refund?
  Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy

DELIVERY

• Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
  As of now! we do not deliver our products outside Pakistan.

• What are the Delivery charges?
  The delivery charges are Rs. 200, and on orders above Rs 6,000 delivery is free.

• How do I track my order?
  You can track your order by selecting the “Order Tracking” on the website. Enter the Order ID you receive in the order shipping confirmation message.

• How long will it take to get my Order?
  Delivery:
  For Lahore, 2-4 working days.
  Outside Lahore, 3-6 working days.
